Volunteer Information If you are interested in becoming a parent volunteer, you are required to complete a Volunteer Application. The application can be obtained by clicking on the link provided. When filling out the form, you must provide your complete 9 digit SS number. If the entire number is not submitted, the application will not be processed. In order to be a parent volunteer for any reason, an application must be processed and approved.
